What you will do

• Conduct architectural investigations and implement various circuits (PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs).
• Perform design verification using industry standard tools like SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.
• Collaborate with layout, verification, and application teams to integrate designs.
• Manage the successful delivery of analog IP from concept through to production.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in designing PLL, Data Converters, Oscillators, and high-speed SerDes (Receiver and Transmitter).
• Hands-on experience with analog design and verification tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, post layout extraction tools).
• Solid understanding of signal integrity improvement, noise reduction, and Multi-GHz low-jitter clock generation & distribution.
• Good understanding of analog layouts in FinFet and their effect on high-speed designs.
• Experience in system-level pre-tape out analog validation, lab chip bring-up, and debugging efforts.
