What you will do

• Lead the setup and configuration of a new requirements management tool.
• Define and implement a scalable requirements structure including templates, unique ID conventions, naming standards, requirement categories, and traceability models.
• Manage the migration of legacy Excel-based requirements into the new system, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
• Develop and deploy efficient workflows for requirement creation, reviews, approvals, and change management.
• Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability across electrical, software, controls, calibration, and testing.
• Support compliance with ISO 26262 and ASPICE, ensuring robust documentation and process governance.

Requirements

• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama).
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and requirements lifecycle management.
• Experience working in automotive, motorcycle, or safety-critical environments.
• Proven ability to build processes and systems from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Passion for improving engineering efficiency and quality.
