Location: Hybrid (Zagreb, Croatia), requiring 3 days/week working from office.

What you will do
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate methodologies.
- Prepare cost estimates and present tailored proposals.
- Process and analyze data using internal systems.
- Prepare clear and structured reports and presentations.
- Interpret findings, provide recommendations, and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Production teams for smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in research or data analytics (agency or client side).
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in drafting and structuring commercial proposals, including defining methodologies and pricing.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver professional presentations to clients.
