Location: Hybrid (Zagreb, Croatia), requiring 3 days/week working from office.

What you will do

  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate methodologies.
  • Prepare cost estimates and present tailored proposals.
  • Process and analyze data using internal systems.
  • Prepare clear and structured reports and presentations.
  • Interpret findings, provide recommendations, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Production teams for smooth project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in research or data analytics (agency or client side).
  • Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience in drafting and structuring commercial proposals, including defining methodologies and pricing.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently deliver professional presentations to clients.
