What you will do

• Manage hirify.global’s Customs Approval System (CAS) platform, enabling digital tax-free exports for customs authorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver new product features from ideation to implementation.
• Define product requirements and specifications, set priorities, and ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog in close collaboration with Business Units and Engineering.
• Drive product value through structured backlog management and gather customer voice for improvements.
• Define, track, and optimize KPIs while managing total cost of ownership (TCO) across development and operations.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering standards (user stories, use cases, UML).
• Solid understanding of Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and project management capabilities.
• Broad understanding of infrastructure and application technologies (SOA, web services, application development).
• Good understanding of AI technologies and their application in product innovation.
