TL;DR

Operations Associate: Managing support requests and driving process improvements for Sales and Customer Success teams with an accent on customer operational management and data analysis. Focus on standardizing customer success processes and contributing to internal projects.

Location: Hybrid work organization (from the office or from home) in Ebene, Mauritius

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure effective implementation of hirify.global solutions.
  • Manage customer-facing and non-customer facing operational responsibilities, including platform creation, reports, and back-office support.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships by responding to requests and resolving user issues.
  • Support and build customer advocacy through exceptional customer support.
  • Lead and/or contribute to internal projects to formalize and standardize Customer Success processes.
  • Contribute to hirify.global service development and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Degree preferably in Business/Management/Communication (fresh graduates considered).
  • Excellent attention to detail and conscientious approach to quality.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a busy environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory (written and spoken).
  • Resourceful, with strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt in an international and multicultural environment.

  • French language skills.
