What you will do

• Own the core data platform that powers hirify.global, including custom objects, permissions, and reporting.
• Define and evolve hirify.global’s foundational data model, working closely with engineering to design systems that are simple to use but flexible and durable.
• Deeply understand the technical and user-facing implications of permission models, ingestion pipelines, and platform performance.
• Partner with engineering to extend hirify.global’s AI-native platform capabilities, evaluating where AI meaningfully augments core workflows.
• Champion a culture of technical excellence and thoughtful simplicity, ensuring product foundations scale with our customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning platform, data model, or core infrastructure surfaces in a B2B SaaS product.
• You’ve shipped foundational systems such as permissions models, identity platforms, or ingestion pipelines.
• A deep curiosity about how systems fit together.
• Strong technical depth and systems thinking.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
