What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of channel partners.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships and create joint sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement and grow the indirect sales ecosystem.
- Manage joint sales pipelines, contribute to accurate forecasting, and track performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Direct Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product) to support partner initiatives.
- Ensure partners follow hirify.global policies and provide them with necessary enablement and support.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Sales, Channel Sales, or Account Management, ideally in software or technology.
- Experience managing and developing channel partner relationships.
- Understanding of software licensing models and the broader IT market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to contribute to revenue growth through partner collaboration.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
