What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects within the Source-to-Pay team, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Act as a strategic partner, negotiating complex requirements and aligning priorities with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Champion digital transformation by integrating AI-driven solutions and automation to optimize Source-to-Pay workflows globally.
• Own the risk management framework, identifying vulnerabilities and leading internal process audits for robust compliance.
• Prepare high-level reports, KPIs, and insights to support executive-level strategic decision-making.
• Lead change management initiatives for new processes and tools, ensuring seamless organizational transitions.

Requirements

• Languages: Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish.
• Proven track record in managing complex, global end-to-end projects and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills for effective stakeholder influence.
• High level of autonomy and ability to align operations with long-term business goals.

Nice to have

• Solid background in risk management frameworks, internal controls, and process audits.
• Proficiency in SAP and Ariba.
• Proficiency in Jira Software and Service Management.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay and Shared Services Center domain expertise.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data-driven analysis.
• Proactive interest in AI adoption and automation for process transformation.
