Location: Remote (Poland)

Salary: 340,000–510,000 PLN annually

What you will do

  • Lead design and implementation of complex cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Define and enforce cloud-native architecture standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud-native solutions with business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams, fostering professional growth.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of cloud systems, contributing to strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Experience in designing infrastructure platforms, tooling, and integration with Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
  • Background in working with global and cross-cultural teams.
