What you will do

• Lead the development, scheduling, and deployment of content calendars across digital touchpoints (in-store digital media CMS, email marketing, social media).
• Manage and monitor social media channels, engaging in social listening and analysing performance to optimise campaigns.
• Create, proofread, and edit creative/digital content while ensuring brand guideline compliance.
• Develop and maintain effective influencer relationships and support partnerships.
• Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns.
• Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, collaborating with commercial and digital teams across the airports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail environment.
• Third-level qualification in business, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in creating, deploying, and monitoring social content across all channels.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media channels and/or paid advertising campaigns.
• Ability to work flexible hours and/or travel on occasion, as per business requirements.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and content management systems.
