TL;DR

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Onsite)

Salary: €18,500 – €23,000 (Yearly)

What you will do

  • Maintain and create strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Resolve all customer needs and queries via ticket, phone, email, and chat.
  • Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client, assisting with basic troubleshooting.
  • Provide information about products, services, and policies.
  • Document all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • English: B2+ required.
  • Italian: Professional proficiency required.
  • Demonstrate full ownership of activities.
  • Proactive with a desire to put forward new ideas.
  • Excellence in communication and problem-solving.
  • Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus.
