What you will do
- Maintain and create strong relationships with existing customers.
- Resolve all customer needs and queries via ticket, phone, email, and chat.
- Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client, assisting with basic troubleshooting.
- Provide information about products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions.
Requirements
- English: B2+ required.
- Italian: Professional proficiency required.
- Demonstrate full ownership of activities.
- Proactive with a desire to put forward new ideas.
- Excellence in communication and problem-solving.
- Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus.
