What you will do

• Develop and implement A/B, multivariate, and personalization experiments for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with design, product, business, and analytics teams to convert hypotheses into technical solutions.
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and cross-browser/device compatibility of experiments.
• Maintain a library of reusable components and contribute to fostering a culture of rapid experimentation.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting views to make experiment results accessible.
• Present test ideas, progress, and results to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical product analytics, tracking, CRO, or experimentation role.
• Strong expertise with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, FullStory, and marketing pixels; experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, ABTasty).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for debugging and implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting, analysis, and validation.
• Proven ability to design and deliver A/B, multivariate, and personalization experiments with accurate tracking and data quality.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
