People Tech Analyst I (HR Tech): Administering and configuring People systems, managing workflows, access, and data accuracy, with an accent on optimizing existing processes and ensuring scalability. Focus on gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining system workflows, and resolving communication ambiguities between business and technical teams.

What you will do
- Administer and configure current People systems, including workflow setup, access management, data fixes, and report creation.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives.
- Define system workflows and integration schemes to enhance process efficiency and workflow configuration.
- Optimize and document existing processes, ensuring they are scalable and well-integrated.
- Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, resolving requirement ambiguities.
Requirements
- Experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology-driven environment, handling sensitive data.
- Hands-on experience with business rules engines, decision modeling, and workflow configuration.
- Proficiency in process modeling using UML/BPMN notations.
- Experience with API protocols (SOAP/REST/gRPC) and system integrations.
- English: C1+ required, with strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with People/HR Tech systems.
- Experience in designing database schemas and knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of any programming language.
