What you will do

• Build and ship internal tools fast, within days and weeks, not quarters.
• Leverage LLMs, AI agents, and modern no-code/low-code tooling to increase speed.
• Create compounding leverage, ensuring every tool frees up hours across the entire company.
• Write clean, maintainable code that integrates with existing systems and runs reliably at scale.
• Own deployments end-to-end, including building, testing, shipping, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Technical background with real building experience, having shipped working solutions.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and modern AI frameworks.
• Proven track record of building internal tools or automation end-to-end.
• Ability to move fast, communicate clearly, and collaborate with non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI API, Make, n8n, Retool, or Supabase.
