What you will do

• Lead quality control and assurance activities, managing complex inspections, audits, and tests.
• Use advanced data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide technical training within the area of expertise on quality methodologies and best practices.
• Lead data analysis activities, using statistical techniques to analyze quality data and generate actionable recommendations.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues across teams, applying problem-solving techniques to identify underlying causes.
• Manage interactions with customers, understanding their quality-related needs and concerns.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Industrial Engineering) with solid experience or Bachelor's with substantial general work experience.
• Skills in managing complexity, balancing stakeholders, optimizing work processes, and risk management.
• Experience with data analysis, quality control & assurance, and problem-solving.
• Ability to ensure accountability and communicate effectively.
