TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Coordinator (HR): Supporting recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience, collaborating with TA colleagues, HR partners, and hiring managers across the organization with an accent on IT/Tech recruitment. Focus on administering TA systems and contributing to the development of talent acquisition activities.

Location: Possibility of hybrid work, where office is the primary workplace in Riga centre.

Salary: €620 gross for part-time (16h) employment

What you will do

  • Collaborate and support TA colleagues, HR partners, and leaders in recruitment processes.
  • Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Administer and support TA systems to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to the development of Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Share insights and ideas to enhance ways of working.

Requirements

  • Interest to learn and develop in the area of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
  • Collaborative, practical, and solution-focused mindset, with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of Latvian and English to communicate with clients and colleagues in other countries.
  • Started a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related field is an advantage.
  • Some work experience within HR, communication, event planning, coordination, marketing etc. is an advantage.
