What you will do

• Execute high-impact automation projects across CX to power scalability.
• Work on innovative initiatives, leveraging AI-powered tools and automation platforms.
• Design, build, and optimize workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, and other platforms.
• Integrate third-party systems into the ecosystem for seamless data flow.
• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues with a focus on scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Data, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or CX Ops environment.
• Proficiency with HubSpot; experience building and optimizing automations.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or tools like Make or Zapier.
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Clear communication skills both in writing and verbally (English and Spanish).

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or tools like Postman or Make.
• Experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or Asana.
• Familiarity with JavaScript (or similar scripting language).
