What you will do

• Own the full engagement lifecycle, from shaping scope and mobilising teams to delivery and post-implementation value realisation.
• Serve as the senior strategic point of contact for executive sponsors and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead discovery workshops and structured problem-solving sessions to define client needs and translate ambiguous challenges into prioritised delivery roadmaps.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders, navigating competing priorities.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and Business Analysts within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline.
• 10-12 years of experience in project and programme management, with at least 5 years leading complex, senior client-facing engagements.
• Strong technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers, architects, and data scientists.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial instincts with experience managing engagement budgets.
• PMP certification from PMI is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in government, public sector, or regulated industries.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
