What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers to translate product vision into user journeys, flows, and interaction models.
• Lead UX for AI-powered and data-heavy platforms, focusing on clarity, trust, and usable design solutions.
• Conduct user research activities including interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing, and journey mapping.
• Create wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and prototypes for complex enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, defining UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate within agile squads, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature discovery.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with enterprise or B2B product experience.
• Proven experience working closely with Product Managers.
• Strong skills in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Visual Hierarchy, and Usability Principles.
• Expertise with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of Accessibility (WCAG), Responsive Design, and Design Systems.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI/analytics platforms or GenAI/AI-driven interfaces.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma domains.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving product direction.
