What you will do

• Lead cultural, influencer, and communications strategy for Indonesia, aligned with local business goals and global priorities.
• Act as the local brand voice, helping drive brand awareness and trust across all touchpoints.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier tech, lifestyle, and business media.
• Develop and nurture a network of key influencers, including TikTok creators, lifestyle creators, and subculture leaders.
• Monitor cultural conversations, track emerging trends, and adapt strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Manage local PR, Influencers, content creators, and agencies to deliver world-class output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PR/Influencer marketing, preferably with a background in youth lifestyle/fashion or premium technology.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in multi-channel marketing work.
• Great understanding of the influencer and social media landscape, particularly across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable with changing environments as well as multiple overlapping projects.
• Creative thinker, able to be reactive, identify trends and create original content ideas.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
