What you will do

• Ensure high quality standards for software deliveries, aligning with business and technical requirements.
• Identify test scope for Consent and Authorization solutions and other new IAM initiatives.
• Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases to ensure sufficient and scalable test coverage.
• Take full ownership of the testing and release process, controlling scope, execution, and deliverables.
• Execute and analyze API and frontend testing, validating integrations and user-facing behavior.
• Bring a proactive mindset to business analysis and requirement identification, pointing out risks and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Web and API testing.
• Deep understanding of QA practices, processes, and methodologies including risk-based and exploratory testing.
• Experience working in Agile environments, adapting to changing priorities.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Bruno, and familiarity with JSON, XML.
• Latvian and English: Good/excellent level required to communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Strong sense of ownership, able to work independently while actively contributing to team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
• Understanding of authorization and authentication concepts.
• Prior experience with Consent, Authorization, or IAM related projects.
• Ability to read and understand C# or Java.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• ISTQB certification (Foundation level).
