What you will do

• Architect, design, and implement scalable containerization solutions for critical business services.
• Provide regional leadership and expert-level support for the firm's Kubernetes platform.
• Manage platform reliability by defining and maintaining SLIs, SLOs, and response runbooks.
• Lead real-time outage investigations and deliver postmortem analysis to senior management.
• Automate operational tasks to reduce manual toil and enhance system observability.
• Collaborate with development teams to migrate application workloads from VMs to containers.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps or Production Engineering in distributed computing.
• Deep expertise in Linux systems, containerization, and Kubernetes architecture.
• CNCF Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification is required.
• Proficiency in Go or Bash and experience with modern SDLC tooling.
• Strong background in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, TLS) and cloud/on-premise environments.
• Proven experience in people management and direct team supervision.
