TL;DR

People Tech Analyst II (HR Tech): Defining and optimizing system workflows and integrations for people systems with an accent on technical specification, process efficiency, and data accuracy. Focus on collaborating with engineering teams, configuring HR Tech systems, and ensuring seamless communication between business and technical teams.

Location: Fully remote, with a team spread across 20+ countries.

What you will do

  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Define and optimize system workflows and integration schemes.
  • Administer and configure People systems, managing workflows, access, and reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on API interactions and system dependencies.
  • Ensure high data accuracy and auditability in ongoing operations.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between business and technical teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong process decomposition skills and ability to write clear technical specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with business rules engines, decision modeling, and workflow configuration.
  • Proficiency in process modeling using UML/BPMN notations.
  • Experience with API protocols (SOAP/REST/gRPC) and system integrations.
  • English: C1 required (Advanced level).

Nice to have

  • Experience with People/HR Tech systems.
  • Experience in designing database schemas and knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of any programming language.
