Salary: $115,000–$140,000 USD (yearly)

What you will do
- Research, write, and pitch articles for the blog covering modern technologies, monitoring guides, and new feature announcements.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure clarity, technical correctness, and visual appeal.
- Develop new content formats for communicating research, best practices, and technical tips.
- Measure reader engagement and iterate to improve content focus, craft, and distribution.
Requirements
- Polished technical writer with a portfolio of work.
- 2-4 years of experience as a technology writer, a CS degree, or equivalent experience writing on technical topics (e.g., cloud technologies, monitoring, observability).
- Proficient in at least one general-purpose programming language (Python, Go, Java, Ruby).
- Experience with modern application development and monitoring concepts (microservices, CI/CD, distributed tracing, agentic AI, code profiling).
- Ability to research new technologies, learn their workings, and reduce complexity into clear prose.
- Must be eligible for any required authorizations from the US government.
