What you will do

• Conceptualize and create engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics for diverse digital platforms.
• Design storyboards and animatics to visualize and plan complex animation sequences.
• Produce high-quality animated content from initial design phase to final delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to present creative ideas.
• Troubleshoot and solve creative challenges while maintaining project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Digital Arts, or a related creative discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Must be able to work onsite 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday in Cebu City.
• Strong expertise in character animation, storyboarding, and animatics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team projects.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a team of animators.
• Additional skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
