What you will do
- Own HiBob globally, including system administration, workflows, permissions, automation, and data integrity.
- Lead salary survey processes and actively support the annual global performance cycle.
- Prepare executive-level Excel reports & dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- Manage onboarding processes and employee lifecycle administration.
- Ensure data accuracy across entities and alignment with Finance.
- Support global compliance, benefits administration, and HR process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years in HRIS / People Operations.
- Hands-on experience with HiBob (Bob).
- Strong advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, reporting for leadership).
- Experience supporting compensation & performance processes.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English.
