What you will do

• Own HiBob globally, including system administration, workflows, permissions, automation, and data integrity.
• Lead salary survey processes and actively support the annual global performance cycle.
• Prepare executive-level Excel reports & dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Manage onboarding processes and employee lifecycle administration.
• Ensure data accuracy across entities and alignment with Finance.
• Support global compliance, benefits administration, and HR process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in HRIS / People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HiBob (Bob).
• Strong advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, reporting for leadership).
• Experience supporting compensation & performance processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English.
