Developing a video analytics system for surveillance cameras

Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve human action recognition models
• Detect and classify events (e.g., fights)
• Work with streaming video (RTSP, IP cameras)
• Real-time video processing (10–25 FPS)
• Prepare and clean datasets, labeling, augmentations
• Train and refine models (PyTorch), optimize inference

Requirements:
• Proficient in Python
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Understanding of computer vision (detection/tracking/classification)
• Experience with OpenCV
• Knowledge of neural network training (loss, overfitting, augmentation)

Optional:
• Working with RTSP/IP cameras
• YOLO, DeepSORT, action recognition
• TensorRT / ONNX / inference acceleration
• GPU optimization
• Experience reducing false positives
• Data labelling experience
