Position: 2D Animator (Remote)
Salary: $800–1000 per month (200$ per project)
Art of Capital is looking for a full-time 2D Animator.
This is a faceless YouTube project in the format of documentaries, explainers, storytelling, etc..
About the Project
Art of Capital is a YouTube channel focused on finance, economics, and power structures, explaining how money and global systems really work through engaging storytelling.
The target audience is adults interested in investing, business, and understanding wealth and influence. Videos are published consistently, with the goal of building a strong brand in the finance niche and growing through education-driven content.
Its still brand new. Our goal is to reach 150k subs by the end of the year.

What You’ll Do
• Animate [e.g., 2-3 videos per month, 15–20 minutes each]
• Animate using ready-made scripts and voiceovers
• Ensure readability, pacing, and style consistency
• Be a long-term part of the team
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in Adobe Animate
• Strong sense of rhythm, staging, and smooth motion
• Ability to follow and maintain a given visual style
• Organized, responsible, and deadline-oriented
Conditions
• Fully remote work
• Flexible schedule (as long as deadlines are met)
• Steady long-term workload
• Work in an international team
