What you will do

• Gather and document requirements from scientific teams, project teams, and key stakeholders.
• Create client configuration specifications and provide guidance to configuration and validation teams.
• Support validation, UAT testing, installation, and deployment of software.
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes and product functionality to support Product Management.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify and address areas of operational efficiency.
• Monitor delivery metrics and trends to drive ongoing departmental improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Medical Writer, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role collaborating across business and technology teams in a global environment.
• Previous experience in clinical trials and knowledge of clinical trial processes preferred.
• Previous experience with medical imaging preferred.
• Experience developing configuration specifications for software applications highly desirable.
• Based in Costa Rica; remote work supported.
