What you will do
- Provide customer and technical support to Omni Arena Systems.
- Use simulation tools and diagnostic methods to replicate issues and identify solutions.
- Help customers troubleshoot Omni One Systems and solve issues with logistics, technical problems, hardware, and software failures.
- Monitor system health and report performance metrics to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering/production to resolve complex backend issues.
- Create instructional documents to assist the customer service team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in field installation, software and hardware troubleshooting, running commands with Linux and Windows, performing diagnostics with remote access tools RDP/SSH/VNC, and batch scripting.
