TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (EdTech): Meeting and exceeding sales objectives for hirify.global's product suite in the Corporate market, with an accent on strategic learning programs for Professional Associations, Training Organizations, and Not-For-Profits. Focus on managing full sales cycles, building pipelines, driving complex SaaS sales, and engaging with multiple stakeholders.

Location: Territory/Region: Canada/US (North America). Willing to travel up to 20% of the time and able to travel freely between the US and Canada or other countries.

Salary: Base Salary: $90,000—$100,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Exceed revenue targets by managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Consistently build and maintain a healthy 12-month sales pipeline.
  • Drive complex 3–12 month SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and Channel Partners.
  • Participate actively in the RFP process, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills, staying informed about industry trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful SaaS or complex solution sales experience (eLearning preferred).
  • Proven success selling complex software solutions to Associations and Training Organizations.
  • Experience in prospecting, building a pipeline, and managing 50+ accounts to achieve quotas.
  • Deep understanding of mid-market sales cycles and experience selling to C-level decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Able to travel freely between the US and Canada or other countries and hold a valid passport.

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge of corporate e-learning and the association industry.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and using AI to further business goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree (technical, business or education-related ideal).
