What you will do

• Provide evidence-based feedback to evaluate whether upcoming changes accomplish their specific goals.
• Manage risk assessments for unreleased content based on playtest data.
• Support defining objectives and finding conclusions from playtests.
• Manage test plans for future tests and defects uncovered during playtests.
• Work directly with developers to play in, plan, and evaluate playtests.

Requirements

• Have ranked Radiant in VALORANT in the past two years.
• Experienced in effective VALORANT team communication during ranked play.
• Experienced in competitive VALORANT strategy and team setups.
• Can fluently speak to VALORANT gameplay (map awareness, crosshair placement, eco management, etc).
• High-level understanding of micro and macro decisions required to optimize VALORANT gameplay.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a team in a professional setting.
• Competitive experience with additional FPS games.
• Ability to assess teammate skill levels and provide appropriate guidance.
• Ability to check player pulse and identify root cause for player enjoyment and frustration.
• 1+ years Software Quality Assurance experience.
