What you will do
- Provide evidence-based feedback to evaluate whether upcoming changes accomplish their specific goals.
- Manage risk assessments for unreleased content based on playtest data.
- Support defining objectives and finding conclusions from playtests.
- Manage test plans for future tests and defects uncovered during playtests.
- Work directly with developers to play in, plan, and evaluate playtests.
Requirements
- Have ranked Radiant in VALORANT in the past two years.
- Experienced in effective VALORANT team communication during ranked play.
- Experienced in competitive VALORANT strategy and team setups.
- Can fluently speak to VALORANT gameplay (map awareness, crosshair placement, eco management, etc).
- High-level understanding of micro and macro decisions required to optimize VALORANT gameplay.
Nice to have
- Experience working with a team in a professional setting.
- Competitive experience with additional FPS games.
- Ability to assess teammate skill levels and provide appropriate guidance.
- Ability to check player pulse and identify root cause for player enjoyment and frustration.
- 1+ years Software Quality Assurance experience.
