What you will do

• Engage with clients to gather business requirements for hirify.global's front office solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation for deployments.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and timely client delivery.
• Lead training sessions on system functionality for relevant client users.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients.
• Communicate client feedback to internal teams to identify product enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a related role, preferably in investment management or financial services.
• Familiarity with investment management concepts including portfolio management, trading, accounting, and reporting.
• Experience working with traditional buy-side institutions (e.g., hedge funds, asset managers).
• Technical skills including knowledge of database structures, data integration, APIs, SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with investment management software (e.g., Charles River, Eze).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies and tools to improve processes and enhance workflows.
