Focus on learning and gaining expertise in hirify.global products, estimating documentation projects, and being the ‘Voice of the User’ within the company.

What you will do

• Evaluate the documentation needs for all hirify.global products.
• Estimate, plan, and track documentation projects.
• Design and create user guides, online help, SDK guides, and integration guides.
• Define training needs and create training guides.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Be the ‘Voice of the User’ within the company.

Requirements

• 1-3 years as a technical writer.
• Knowledge of DITA XML or other XML languages such as DocBook.
• Experience in mobile, Cloud, client-server, or other enterprise technologies.
• Experience in or knowledge of Mobile Device Management as well as Server and Cloud infrastructure.
• Passionate about everything ‘Mobile’.
