TL;DR

Customer Service Agent: Providing clear and empathetic support to customers, resolving inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with an accent on understanding customer needs and providing valuable feedback to product and development teams. Focus on seeking innovative solutions and communicating trends to leadership to improve customer experience.

Location: Must work from Bogotá, Colombia; cannot work outside of the country.

Salary: $3,000,000 COP monthly

What you will do

  • Provide clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to consumers.
  • Assist customers to resolve basic to complex inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Work with customers to understand how they use hirify.global services, and provide valuable feedback to Product and Development teams.
  • Act as an advocate for customers, report and act on observed areas for improvement in product or processes.
  • Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • 3+ years of customer support experience.
  • Email, phone and/or live chat experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, preferably with software.
  • Must work from Bogotá, Colombia, can't work outside of the country.

Nice to have

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish (a third language is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Zendesk, LiveAgent or Jira experience is a plus.
