TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Mossville, Illinois, United States with 5-day a week onsite availability required and domestic relocation provided. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470 - $192,710 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the battery design team from concept through certification delivering battery solutions.
  • Drive battery system decision-making and consensus across the organization.
  • Analyze options and tradeoffs to advance projects effectively.
  • Develop project R&D and material estimates and detailed resource plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to communicate risks and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Mossville, Illinois, USA.
  • 5-day a week onsite availability required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in decision making, communication, project management, and CAD engineering.
  • Knowledge of battery cell, module, pack, system design, and electric powertrain integration.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
