Salary: $128,470 - $192,710 USD

What you will do
- Lead the battery design team from concept through certification delivering battery solutions.
- Drive battery system decision-making and consensus across the organization.
- Analyze options and tradeoffs to advance projects effectively.
- Develop project R&D and material estimates and detailed resource plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to communicate risks and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Mossville, Illinois, USA.
- 5-day a week onsite availability required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Extensive experience in decision making, communication, project management, and CAD engineering.
- Knowledge of battery cell, module, pack, system design, and electric powertrain integration.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
