What you will do

• Define data requirements, collect, process, clean, and validate data.
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis and ad-hoc analytics to generate actionable insights for Business Support direction (Finance + B2B).
• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards, including Power BI connections and ETL queries.
• Support and optimize SQL-based data pipelines across multiple databases with data engineers (MySQL, ClickHouse, SAP).
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and delivery of relevant solutions.
• Proactively identify, resolve, and optimize performance and user experience issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Business / Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar.
• Proven hands-on experience with delivering exceptional data products and analytics solutions.
• Financial experience and background, work with SAP – an advantage.
• Proven ability to present and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency with SQL and Power BI – a must.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written form (C1 level or equivalent).

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Python.
• Familiarity with e-commerce.
