Associate Manager, Business Intelligence (Life Sciences): Owns and oversees the delivery of BI solutions across Tableau and Power BI platforms with an accent on ensuring high-quality, scalable, and timely delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. Focus on overseeing planning, execution, and quality of BI deliverables across multiple workstreams.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of BI solutions across Tableau and Power BI projects.
- Oversee planning, execution, and quality of BI deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and clear technical specifications.
- Establish and enforce BI development standards, QC checklists, and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for BI delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Strong hands-on expertise in both Tableau and Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling in Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in complex queries and optimization.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Power BI (PL-300) and/or Tableau certification.
- Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare analytics.
- Familiarity with Azure ecosystem (Azure SQL, ADF, Synapse).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
