Salary: €4,000–€5,000/month gross

What you will do

• Build, launch, and scale a new Digital Learning App.
• Take full ownership of the product’s strategy, growth, and overall success.
• Drive the product from idea to MVP and scale it globally.
• Own execution, leveraging existing service teams and ready-to-use infrastructure.
• Manage the product budget with a clear path toward ROI-positive growth.
• Validate ideas rapidly – test, iterate, pivot, or kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building, scaling, or leading products/businesses in EdTech or digital learning.
• Comfortable combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, from setting direction to closing first sales.
• Strong understanding of digital performance marketing.
• Ability to quickly validate products and use data to drive decisions.
• Capability to attract top talent and build strong teams from scratch.
