Salary: $180,000–$240,000 Annually

What you will do

• Develop, train, and oversee the implementation of functional strategies and objectives for program management.
• Lead the program management function for multiple Power and Data Division businesses, including direct leadership of program management personnel.
• Establish program baselines that ensure execution meets or exceeds proposal margin targets.
• Identify, develop, and implement improved program management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Build and mentor senior program management leadership, ensuring required competencies and behaviors are fully embedded.
• Create performance metrics, dashboards, and management tools to monitor ongoing program management effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Science.
• At least 10 years of program management experience with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Proven ability to develop functional strategies, establish best practices, and implement large-scale processes.
• Experience leading in a matrixed organization with strong collaboration and influence skills.
• PMP certification and demonstrated competency with recognized industry standards for managing government and commercial contract types.
• Demonstrated success managing customers at the executive level.

Nice to have

• MBA preferred.
• Prior experience from Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated industries.
