What you will do
- Develop, train, and oversee the implementation of functional strategies and objectives for program management.
- Lead the program management function for multiple Power and Data Division businesses, including direct leadership of program management personnel.
- Establish program baselines that ensure execution meets or exceeds proposal margin targets.
- Identify, develop, and implement improved program management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Build and mentor senior program management leadership, ensuring required competencies and behaviors are fully embedded.
- Create performance metrics, dashboards, and management tools to monitor ongoing program management effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Science.
- At least 10 years of program management experience with demonstrated leadership capability.
- Proven ability to develop functional strategies, establish best practices, and implement large-scale processes.
- Experience leading in a matrixed organization with strong collaboration and influence skills.
- PMP certification and demonstrated competency with recognized industry standards for managing government and commercial contract types.
- Demonstrated success managing customers at the executive level.
