Web Content Program Manager

What you will do
- Optimize content request intake processes to reduce complexity and turnaround time, and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Maintain governance frameworks and high-quality documentation for Business Line workflows.
- Lead and execute end-to-end content projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope, and quality.
- Oversee the broader ecosystem of content projects to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization.
- Guide global and regional teams on translation workflows, tools, and best practices.
- Resolve translation-related tickets and support localized content delivery for China and Japan websites.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in web content operations, cross-functional coordination, project management, or digital project coordination.
- Experience coordinating across IT, regional teams, and vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder management across time zones.
- Working knowledge of CMS/web publishing platforms and translation tooling/workflows.
- English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
- Spanish: Professional working proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workfront or similar work-management tools; Confluence.
- Basic understanding of web QA, link checking, accessibility, and SEO for localized pages.
- Experience working with translation and localization services.
