Salary: $147,760.00 - $221,640.00

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day activities of hirify.global Deployment consultants and their Dealer Deployment projects.
• Organize and coordinate teams working on diverse aspects of digital programs around the hirify.global Dealership.
• Carry “Voice of the Dealer” into the Product and Engineering team for future deployment and dealer needs on MS Dynamics 365.
• Develop existing teams talent and skillsets in MS Dynamics 365 and supporting deployment tools.
• Facilitate meetings with hirify.global Dealer and Cat Digital leaders to share updates on deployment projects.
• Give strategic leadership to the deployment team and set working priorities to achieve Enterprise set Deployment targets for each calendar year.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a product, process, or deployment leadership role.
• Understanding of ERP configuration, security, and integrations with related systems.
• Knowledge of System product lifecycle management, including adoption and change management.
• Knowledge of project management with hirify.global Dealers; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, Irving, TX (Dallas), Scottsdale, AZ.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience building teams, processes, and organizational frameworks in relation to ERP and System deployments.
• Experience deploying Microsoft D365 and leveraging Mavim, Leapworks, and Walkme.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Strong understanding of customer service and support operations and full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365.
