Salary: $127,630–$191,200 per annum

What you will do
- Develop and maintain leading-edge P&R (Placement & Routing) flows for ’s Business Units.
- Contribute to the deployment and support of these design flows.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal integration within the overall CAD platform.
- Propose innovative solutions for complex design challenges.
- Keep up with process and tool evolutions.
- Interface with EDA vendors for optimal tool usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in physical design and flow development.
- Proven experience with 5nm or below tech nodes tape out.
- Familiarity with Finfet, Dual Patterning, and ULV challenges.
- Solid understanding of timing closure, floorplanning, Power Grid design, Clock synthesis, SI, EM/IR, DRC rules, Power intent, and high/low power implementation.
- Proficiency in Tcl/Python scripting for flow development.
- Work authorization: Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, potentially requiring an export license review prior to employment.
