What you will do

• Develop and maintain leading-edge P&R (Placement & Routing) flows for hirify.global’s Business Units.
• Contribute to the deployment and support of these design flows.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal integration within the overall CAD platform.
• Propose innovative solutions for complex design challenges.
• Keep up with process and tool evolutions.
• Interface with EDA vendors for optimal tool usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in physical design and flow development.
• Proven experience with 5nm or below tech nodes tape out.
• Familiarity with Finfet, Dual Patterning, and ULV challenges.
• Solid understanding of timing closure, floorplanning, Power Grid design, Clock synthesis, SI, EM/IR, DRC rules, Power intent, and high/low power implementation.
• Proficiency in Tcl/Python scripting for flow development.
• Work authorization: Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, potentially requiring an export license review prior to employment.
