What you will do

• Lead Security efforts related to Identity & Access Management and Directory services.
• Develop and implement solutions within FIM/MIM or similar IAM technologies.
• Configure and manage virtual directory solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access systems.
• Automate security processes and integrations using scripting skills.
• Provide senior expertise in Optimal IDM and other Directory/MetaDirectory technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Directory services.
• Senior expertise in Optimal IDM or other Directory/MetaDirectory technologies (AD, ADAM, FIM, MIM).
• Proven development skills in FIM/MIM or similar IAM technologies.
• Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, Kerberos, AzureADConnect, Windows Hello for Business.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and secure access control mechanisms.
• Fluent in English and able to work in an English-speaking environment.
