What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your assigned territory through various outreach methods.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, building trust through consultative conversations.
- Utilize effective, value-led sales approaches to acquire new business and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Develop and apply strong knowledge of hirify.global’s products and solutions, supported by comprehensive training.
- Share insights from the field to help improve company products, messaging, and sales processes.
- Build long-term customer relationships by identifying relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, with field-based experience being a strong advantage.
- Confidence in building relationships and engaging new customers effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, particularly in a field-based environment.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach to contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
- Fluency in English.
- A full UK driving licence.
