Business Development Executive (Bangor): Proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers within a defined UK territory to win new business and build long-term relationships with an accent on face-to-face meetings and value-led sales approaches. Location: Fully field-based in the UK, operating within a defined territory.
Salary: £50,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) in the first year.

What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your defined territory through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Use effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and achieve performance targets.
- Develop strong knowledge across ’s products and solutions.
- Share insights from the field to help improve products and customer experience.
- Represent as a credible, professional, and values-led ambassador within your territory.
- Build positive, long-term customer relationships that support growth and retention.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
- Confidence engaging with new people and building rapport.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset.
- Resilience and the ability to overcome objections.
- A strong willingness to learn and continuously develop.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English.
- A full UK driving licence.
