TL;DR

Customer Support Associate (hirify.global): Providing support to clients and lawyers, serving as the first point of contact and resolving issues across various channels with an accent on fast and thoughtful support. Focus on improving workflows and refining the product experience.

Location: Must be based on-site in Austin, Texas - 5 days per week

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

What you will do

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and lawyers, delivering fast support across email, chat, and phone.
  • Triage and escalate complex issues while resolving routine inquiries end-to-end.
  • Manage online reviews and handle escalations to keep internal processes running smoothly.
  • Identify friction points and user confusion and improve workflows and the product experience.
  • Create and maintain resources including help documents, macros, and onboarding communications.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-volume, multi-channel support role.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Empathy-driven mindset with a genuine desire to help people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Complex problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Background or previous experience in a legal setting.
  • Previous experience with a B2B2C marketplace business model.
