TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Chester, UK. A full UK driving licence is required.

Salary: £70,000 OTE (On-target earnings) in the first year

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your territory through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, building trust through consultative conversations.
  • Use effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and consistently achieve performance targets.
  • Develop strong knowledge across hirify.global’s products and solutions, supported by extensive training.
  • Share insights from the field to help improve products, messaging, and sales processes.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by identifying relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, with field-based experience being a strong advantage.
  • Confidence in building relationships and engaging new customers.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, particularly in a field-based environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • English: B2 required.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
