- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your assigned territory through various outreach methods.

- Utilize effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Develop strong knowledge across hirify.global’s products and solutions, supported by comprehensive training.
- Share insights from the field to help improve products, messaging, and sales processes.
- Represent hirify.global as a credible and professional ambassador, building long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role; field-based experience is a strong advantage.
- Confidence in building relationships and engaging new customers.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, particularly in a field-based environment.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
