Salary: $75,000–$90,000 plus bonus potential.

What you will do

• Concept, art direct, and design visuals that support brand identity and spark conversation.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Participate in brainstorms and develop ideas from initial sketches to final deliverables.
• Contribute to and sometimes lead client presentations and pitch decks.
• Develop creative ideas across various platforms including social media, websites, and experiential projects.
• Stay current with cultural trends to ensure work remains fresh and relevant.

Requirements

• 3+ years of agency experience in bringing creative ideas to life.
• Proven ability to concept quickly and generate fresh ideas.
• Strong visual discernment and the ability to articulate creative decisions.
• Experience collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in adapting to various brand visual identities.
• Solid understanding of social media and AI tools.
• Expertise in Photoshop and other relevant design software.
• Familiarity with G Suite for collaboration.
